Thriller? Driller.

Faculty of Dentistry, watch out. Dentantics 2010 presents Driller. March 11th and 12th at 7:30PM.

Every year, the third years at the Faculty of Dentistry host a theatrical production that parodies life as a dental student at U of T. This year is our year, and this photo is the result of some amazing teamwork between fellow photographer/classmate, Edwin Chang (aka Michael Jackson, above), and myself. We set up a mini studio shoot in the lobby of our Faculty and the results were stunning. To top it all off, Edwin’s processing of the final photos was fantastic, to say the least – so much so that by the time I got around to processing them, I pretty much processed them exactly the same way haha. Stay tuned because this is merely the beginning of a beautiful partnership.

Special thanks goes out to Elena, Shayna, Elias and Claire – our quintessential zombies!

Journey Through The Rockies.

If you’re ever driving to Lake Louise from Banff, I thoroughly suggest – at least once in your life – detouring off of Highway 1 and instead taking the Bow Valley Parkway scenic drive which roughly follows the railway through the mountains.

Sunrise Over The Rockies.

Sunrise over the Rockies on a recent trip to Banff with the family. It was a beautiful sunny day that started out with a hint of fog – made for a great sunrise and justified leaving the house at 5am to chase the sun!!

God’s Acre.

Taken at St. James’ Cemetary in Toronto and dedicated to the memory of the seven students from my high school that passed away during a horrific avalanche exactly seven years ago.
